1. How do I log in?
Visit https://services.futo.edu.ng/elearning. Use your Matric Number as username and the default password provided by your department or ICT. Change the password after first login.


2. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. Follow the steps to reset. If it fails, contact the ICT Centre or your departmental eLearning officer.


3. My courses are not showing.
Confirm with your lecturer that you have been enrolled. Some courses are added manually or published later.


4. I can’t submit assignments or take quizzes.
Use Chrome or Firefox, check your internet connection, and make sure submission deadlines haven't passed. Follow file size and format guidelines.


5. Course content isn’t loading.
Refresh the page, try another browser, or check your network. If the issue continues, contact support.


6. Who do I contact for help?
